As an international shipping service, you can use 'Global-e'. When purchasing from outside Japan, 'Global-e' will be the seller, not our company.
'Global-e' is a service specializing in overseas orders, allowing overseas customers to purchase more safely and conveniently by using currencies and payment methods commonly used in their daily lives.
Shipping is carried out by the international shipping company 'DHL' contracted by 'Global-e'.

When purchasing from outside Japan, 'Global-e' becomes the  ddseller, so these sales terms and Privacy policy apply.
However, if the provisions of this page conflict with the above sales terms, the provisions of this page will take precedence and apply.

About Delivery

●Delivery Company

Shipments are made by the international shipping company 'DHL'.

●Shipping Fees

Please check at the checkout screen.
Select the country/region at the bottom left of the screen.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout.
*Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, shipping fees may change depending on the timing of your payment.
*Shipping fees are billed at the amount at the time of order settlement, not at the time of product shipment.

●Delivery Target Countries

Please enter the designated country/region in the delivery address.
If the desired country/region is not listed, delivery to that country is currently not possible.

●Days from Order to Shipment

Shipments will be made within 7 business days excluding our specified holidays from the 'order date'.

●Delivery Status After Shipment

After shipping the ordered product, please check the 'Shipping Information' email sent to your registered email address.
The DHL Inquiry number and the URL to check the delivery status are included.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the delivery status to be reflected.
If the delivery status has not been updated for 5 business days or longer, we will investigate, so please contact us from the Inquiry form.

Change of Delivery Address

We cannot accept changes to the delivery address after order confirmation.
Please be sure to confirm the delivery address before confirming your order.

●Customs Hold of Cargo

Customs procedures and tax inspections are outside our management.
If your cargo is held at customs or if there is direct contact from customs, please confirm the details, and contact us from the Inquiry form.

●If the Product is Returned to Us Without Being Accepted

After the shipping, if the customer does not accept the product and it is returned to us (including cases of refusal to accept, expiration of the retention period due to absence, or unknown address, but not limited to these), we will notify the customer's registered email address.
By notifying the customer's registered email address, the order will be treated as canceled, and the following fees will be borne by the customer. We will process a refund for the remaining amount after deducting the customer's share.

About cancellation

Once the order completion email is sent by our company, cancellation of the product is not possible.
This applies even if the email is not delivered or is delayed due to circumstances such as the customer's internet environment.

About Contract Non-compliance

Regarding returns due to contract non-compliance (initial defects, wrong shipped products, etc.), only if you contact our company within 7 days from the time of product receipt, we will generally respond with an exchange.
In such cases, the shipping fee will be borne by our company. However, if there is no exchange stock or if our company determines that an exchange is inappropriate, a refund will be made.
