[Important] Beware of Suspicious Emails Impersonating Our Company or Our Representative

We have recently confirmed multiple suspicious emails claiming to be from our company or our representative, asking recipients to create LINE groups or requesting personal information. These emails are completely unrelated to our company. Neither our company nor our representative will ever make such requests.

If you receive such a suspicious email, please do not perform any of the following actions, as there is a risk of confidential information leaks, virus infections, redirection to phishing sites, or unauthorized access:

  • Do not reply to the email

  • Do not send QR codes

  • Do not create or join LINE groups

  • Do not open any links or attached files

Below are examples of the suspicious emails currently confirmed:

<Examples of Suspicious Emails> (Example 1) After receiving this email: Please create a new LINE work group for future business projects. I will add other members to the group after I join. Once the group is created, please generate a QR code for the group and reply to this email with it. I will join the group using the QR code and proceed with further business arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.

(Example 2) Upon receiving this email, please create the latest internal contact network. Ensure you include names, titles, and personal phone numbers, and reply via email once completed.
