Regarding selection

Q Are there any qualifications required?

There are no particular qualifications required at the selection stage.

Q Do I need language skills?

Language ability is not required for selection. As our company accelerates global expansion, we are seeing more opportunities to interact with overseas customers, so those who want to work globally are welcome. Foreign staff are still active today.

Q Is there an internship system?

The internship system is not currently accepted.

Q Can I apply even if I'm a foreign national?

It's possible. Foreign staff are still active today.

Q Can new graduates or already graduates apply?

We are currently not accepting recruitment for new graduates or former graduates. This applies only to mid-career hires.

Q About the selection process

Q How long does the selection process take?

It takes about 6 to 8 weeks from document screening to job offer.
*The schedule may vary slightly depending on the schedule adjustment. Please contact us for a period that can be adjusted according to your preference.

Q Is it possible to get selected online?

It's possible.
However, we ask that you visit us at least once before you receive a job offer.

Q I am currently working, so is it possible to have an interview after working hours or on holidays?

Basically, we ask for your order within our regular timeline (9:30-18:30). If you find it difficult to adjust, please contact us.

Q Can I return the application documents?

The submitted documents have not been returned. We will store the product strictly in accordance with our regulations and dispose of it in an appropriate manner after the shelf life has expired.

Q I have been selected in the past, but is it possible to re-apply?

It's possible.
Depending on the number of days since the previous application, we may not be able to accept your order.

Q Is it possible to apply for multiple positions at the same time?

It's possible.
If you apply for multiple positions at the same time, we will proceed with the selection taking into consideration your background and aptitude.

Q Are there any specifications for what to wear or what to bring during interviews?

There are no specified clothing for the interview, but we ask that you do your best to wear casual clothes (a style that lets you understand your own color with your usual outfit).
There is no specific specification of what you bring.

Q Will transportation expenses be paid when I visit the company?

No transportation expenses are provided regardless of the selection process or results.

Education and working styles

Q What kind of training system is available?

Basically, training will be done at OJT.

Q Do you have any support for self-development?

Books necessary to improve your skills are permitted to be purchased at company expenses. We also actively recommend inspecting theme parks, watching theater and art as input training.

Q Please tell me about the leave system.

In addition to a two-day off per week, there is a summer and winter holiday and a paid leave system.
There is a possibility that you will be working on a holiday several times a year, such as on the release date of new products, but you will be provided with substitutional leave, replacement holidays, or overtime allowances.

Q Can I work from home?

As a general rule, you will need to work at work. Please contact us if you would like to work from home due to family circumstances.

Q Can I do a side job?

It is possible (conditions apply). Please contact us if you are interested.

About personnel systems and assignments

Q How are assigned departments decided?

The decision will be based on the job type you applied to and the career plan of the individual. Relocation may be carried out taking into account business goals and the aptitude of the individual.

Q Are there any department changes?

There may be changes depending on the person's request for transfer, the aptitude for occupation, and company circumstances.
In the case of a transfer request from the company, the decision will be made through an interview with the individual, while respecting the individual's wishes.

Q Are there any transfers?

There is no current situation.

Q How does the bonus work?

Currently, the company is offering a summer/winter (basic salary x 1.5 months fixed) twice a year plus financial bonuses based on performance.

Q Is there a defined contribution pension plan?

We have introduced a corporate-based defined contribution pension system (401K).

Q Are there any characteristics of people who are active?

Because the company has a strong venture-minded attitude, people who can turn everything into themselves and take it on a proactive and active basis are all active. It is also essential to have a sense of speed when keeping up with the rapids of things moving, and communication skills that involve both inside and outside the company.

Q Is there a culture where you can try a variety of things?

If you raise your own hands and come up with ideas, anyone can challenge themselves by trying new things, regardless of their career or company history. Of course, when making a proposal, you need to show the basis and logic, and be prepared and responsible for completing it all the way to the end.

Q Is there a wealth of communication between employees?

Our company has a culture of calling each other by "san-ki" or sometimes by "nicknames" regardless of position. The company culture is easy to share opinions regardless of boss and subordinate or company history. Inter-departmental communication and internal events are also being held actively.
