About selection

Q Do you have a necessary qualification?

There are no qualifications required at the selection stage.

Q Do you need language skills?

Language skills are not essential in selection. We are welcome if you want to be active globally, as we accelerate the global expansion. Foreign staff are still active.

Q Is there an internship system?

The internship system is not currently accepted.

Q Is it possible to apply for foreign nationals?

It is possible. Foreign staff are still active.

Q Is it possible to apply for new graduates / graduates?

We currently do not accept recruitment of new / graduates. Only for mid -career recruitment is eligible.

Q About the selection flow

Document screening > Interview (2 times) > Primement

Q How long does the selection period cost?

It takes about 6 to 8 weeks from screening to a job offer.
* Depending on the schedule adjustment, it may be slightly different. Please contact us as you wish to adjust the period if you wish.

Q Is it possible to be selected online?

It is possible.
However, we ask you to come to the company at least once before the job offer.

Q Is it possible to interview after working hours or holidays because I'm enrolled?

Basically, we request within our regular time (9: 30-18: 30). Please contact us if you are difficult to adjust.

Q Can you return the application documents?

The submitted documents are not returned. It is kept strictly in accordance with the rules of the Company and disposes in an appropriate way after the storage period is over.

Q I have been selected in the past. Is it possible to re -apply?

It is possible.
We may be refused depending on the number of days from the past application.

Q Is it possible to apply for multiple occupations at the same time?

It is possible.
At the same time, if you apply for multiple occupations, we will proceed with the selection in consideration of your career and aptitude.

Q Is there any specification for clothes and belongings during interviews or interviews?

Although there is no specification for the clothes during the interview, we ask for the response in plain clothes as much as possible (a style where you can understand your own color in everyday clothes).
There is no specification of your belongings.

Q Will transportation expenses be paid when visiting the company?

We do not provide transportation expenses regardless of the process and results of the selection.

About education and working style

Q What kind of training system is there?

Basically, it is a training at OJT.

Q Is there any support for self -development?

Books required for skill improvement are allowed to be purchased at company expenses. We also actively recommend theme park inspection, theater and art appreciation as an input training.

Q Please tell me about the vacation system.

In addition to the complete two -day system, there are summer and winter vacations and paid leave systems.
There is a possibility of going to work several times a year, such as the release date of the new product, but there are paid holidays, transfer holidays, or overtime allowances.

Q Can I work at home?

In principle, you will be working at the company. If you would like to work from home due to family circumstances, please contact us.

Q Is it possible to do a side job?

It is possible (with conditions). Please contact us if you wish.

About personnel system and assignment

Q How is the assignment department decided?

It will be decided based on the applicable job type and your career plan. In addition to business goals and the aptitude of the person, the arrangement may be performed.

Q Is there a department transfer?

There is a transfer depending on the wishes of the person, the job type, and the company's convenience.
In the case of a transfer consultation from the company, it will be decided by interviewing with the person, respecting the person's intention.

Q Is there a transfer?

There is no current situation.

Q What is the bonus mechanism?

Currently, it is a settlement bonus for summer and winter (basic salary x 1.5 months fixed) twice a year+business performance.

Q Is there a defined contribution pension system?

We have introduced a corporate defined contribution pension system (401K).
