Q Who do you work with?: Because we handle everything from planning, manufacturing, and sales of goods, we have members with various occupations and personalities. In general, there are many members who are easy to communicate with, so I think it's easy to fit in even if you've just joined the company.
Q What do you expect from new colleagues?: As the company has grown rapidly over the past few years, there are many aspects in which the company's structure has not kept pace.
