At my previous job, I was involved in design planning for an interior brand, but I was looking for an environment with more freedom and where I could do a variety of things. I joined our company because I was attracted to its compact size and the ability to be involved in a wide range of operations.

That's when I realized that the number of products I was involved with was increasing at an ever-increasing rate. It's grown three to four times in the last six months, so I'm really happy to see that it's being accepted by so many people.

It's an environment where you can work comfortably, including casual clothes. Many of the other members are from the same generation, and the atmosphere is not formal, so I like that I can work freely in an environment where I can naturally express my individuality.
