In my previous job, I was planning to design interior brands, but I was looking for an environment where I could do a lot more freely and have a lot more freedom. I found the company attractive because it was compact and can be involved in a wide range of tasks, so I joined the company.

It was when I realized that the number of products I was involved in was constantly increasing. It has grown three to four times in the last six months, so I'm very pleased to feel that it has been accepted by many people.

It's an environment where you can work casually, including casual clothing. Many of the other members are of the same generation, and the atmosphere is not strict, so I like the fact that they can work freely in an environment where they can naturally express their own personality.
