I have been in the e-commerce field for over 15 years, but my career has mainly been on the support and outsourcing side, such as consulting and agency work. I decided to join the company because I wanted to utilize the skills and know-how I had cultivated at a support company at a business company.

In any case, we have a company culture that allows for a lot of individual discretion and is open to challenges. Naturally, taking on a challenge involves presenting evidence and taking on great responsibility, but the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when it leads to results is exceptional.

Since the development of infrastructure and systems has not kept up with the speed of business growth, we will first proceed with building a solid foundation. On top of that, I would like to improve the customer experience through marketing and CRM.
